Chef Peter Malcolm of Rafters Guyra was pleased to sign off on the hours put in by two year 11 students – Shianna Bower and Khya Boney – which will count towards their work placement requirement. A recent graduate, Khai Quinn, and younger students also impressed with their community contribution, volunteering their time and labour but also gaining valuable experience in return.
The students worked under the supervision of hospitality teacher Leonie Lee.
