OCTOBER 18 and 19 saw 19 Glen innes pony club members travel to Tenterfield to participate at the Tenterfield and Emmaville Interclubs meet. The performances by riders over the two days keeping Glen Innes ahead of Inverell in the points.

On Saturday 16 club members rode at the Tenterfield Interclub with the results as follows;
Under 5 Girl-highest Point score - Lali Alt, under 9 girl-highest point score - Mia Baker, under 13 boy - highest point score - Nick Cave, under 15 girl - reserve point score-Hope McIntyre, Under 17 girl - reserve point score -Bianca Grob, under 17 boy - highest point score - Isaiah Tunamena, associate lady - reserve point score - Kirsten Roberts, associate gent - highest point score - Brendon Weiss.
Glen Innes finished second to Tenterfield with points for the day and held onto first place for the northern aggregate point score for this season.
Other kids who participated well for the day were; Heidi Cave, Lilleah Newberry, Amy Baker, Kelera Tunamena and Shannon Williamson.
Sunday was Emmaville Pony Club’s annual Interclub and again the Glen Innes club
members came through with some outstanding results; Under 5 girl - highest point score - Lali Alt, under 7 boy - highest point score - Lachie Munro, under 9 girl - highest point score - Mia Baker, under 11 boy - reserve point score - Sam Donnelly, under 13 boy - reserve point score -Nick Cave, under 17 girl - reserve point score - Bianca Grob, under 17 boy - reserve point score-Isaiah Tunamena, associate gent - highest point score -Brendon Weiss.
Other notable club competitors for the day were; Alisa Tunamena, Kaitlyn Bennett, Siddella Donnelly and Mollie Cave.
At the conclusion of this the third northern interclub for 2014, Glen Innes Pony Club leads
Inverell by just 200 points in the northern aggregate point score. The club is looking forward to a good roll up of club members at the Inverell Interclub on November 23 which is the grand finale of Interclubs for the year with the club hopeful they can again take out the annual northern aggregate point score to cap what has been a great season for Glen Innes riders.
