Tae Renn and Kyah Heagney who competed in an under 16 girls team came away with gold medals.
Miss Heagney also received the most valuable player award in her division.
Northskate Glen Innes Publicity officer Belinda Crawford said the Australia Day Cup is a major roller hockey event which saw 58 games played with 27 teams competing over five days.
“So these results show just how competitive all these people are,” she said.
“Ken Bradley, Anthony Costantini, Lindsay Hill, Errol Heagney, Danile Heagney and Anthony Elliot finished at the top of the senior men’s C division with Lindsay Hill awarded the most valuable player in the senior division.
“The junior mixed team made up of Ryan Young- Earl, Braiden Crawford, Tylor Beard, Paul Magner, Tae Renn and Kyah Heagney was awarded a bronze medal in their division.”
Mrs Crawford said that the performances are a great achievement.
“All these players have only re-formed the sport in Glen Innes in the last eight months,” she said.
