The Magpies played a tight game with both forwards and backs working hard to gain an advantage for their side.
Some hard early running from forwards Jack Grob, Charlie Ralph and Cory McClelland was met with equally tough defence from Guyra.
The second half saw much of the same with hard defence from Archie Grieve, Mitch O’Brien, Mitch Duddy and Harlon McLaren with some cleaver running from Kayne Campbell.
Team coaches Scott Grieves and Mark McClelland said it was a good all round team effort from the boys.
