The astute horseman has nominated four runners across the bumper meeting in the Country Music capital on Sunday.
Hula Girl and Our Minaan are among the entires taken for the $35,000 Jardel Cup (1200m).
A Benchmark 65 Handicap for the mares and fillies, the Cup attracted 21 entries, with 14 acceptors assured of a start.
Hula Girl, who won the Glen Innes Cup back in January, boasts a rating of 65, which means she is assured of a run provided Cunningham accepts to run.
Our Minaan, a winner in her last Tamworth appearance in January, possesses a mark of 55, which could see her on the bubble when it comes to getting a run.
Cunningham has a couple of options when it comes to his emerging customer Tan Tat Nova.
The trainer nominated the four-year-old for a $30,000 Class 2 Showcase Handicap (1200m) on Tamworth Cup Day and a $20,000 Class 1 Handicap (1100m) at Grafton on Monday.
Lucky Rhythm is Cunningham's other entry, nominated for the $30,000 Maiden (1400m), although the three-year-old daughter of Drumbeats needs to lift her form after two midfield runs at Armidale.
The trainer elected not to throw in a Mornington Cup entry for his Cups ace Carry On Jake.
The Guyra and Armidale Cup victor finished eighth in the Prelude on April 17, and did not feature among the 17 entries taken for the $40,000 Cup (2100m).
The Cunningham yard remains one of the most in-form stables throughout the Hunter North West region.
Dabamirak ran a game third in the recent Lightning Ridge Cup (1200m) after a bold second place when contesting the Warialda Sprint the start prior.
Cunningham has prepared eight winners, highlighted by success in four Country Cups, and nine minor placegetters from 49 starters since the start of the year.
