Garry Walter Fields is being held in custody in the Tamworth Correctional Centre and did not appear in Armidale Local Court on Wednesday morning when his case was called.
He now faces 27 charges in total spanning from the alleged spree across the Northern Tablelands and beyond in late April and into early May.
The 27 charges include multiple counts of larceny, driving while disqualified, using an offensive weapon to prevent lawful detention, entering lands with intent, destroying property, fraud, stealing a motor vehicle, resisting police and assaulting officers.
“There are the numerous matters that have been referred to the DPP by my friend,” Aboriginal Legal Service solicitor Guy Newby told the court.

Police prosecutor Sergeant Cheryl Hall confirmed the case had been referred to the DPP but she said they had not made a decision on whether to take on the case and requested two more weeks.
Magistrate Michael Holmes adjourned the case to June and formally refused bail.
Fields was originally charged with 19 offences after his arrest this month including failing to pay for fuel.
Police allege he rammed a police vehicle on the Gwydir Highway about 3.30pm, on April 29, and tried to hit another, but officers got out of the way.
The officers were patrolling the highway looking for a Toyota Landcruiser utility which was stolen from a Strathbogie Rd, Wellingrove property, earlier that day.
Police said as they attempted to intercept it at Glen Elgin, Fields was allegedly driving the stolen vehicle and rammed the passenger side of the cop car and took off.
Co-accused Krystal Boney faces nine charges and remains in custody at a women’s prison.
The pair were arrested on Kubba Jimba Rd at Dundee about 11.15am on May 2 by the dog squad, Armidale TAG and police radio technicians.
They were found near an RFS vehicle which had been reported stolen from Glen Innes between April 30 and May 1.
Fields is also accused of damaging two Glen Innes council vehicles at the depot in Land St.
