The occasion was marked with a special launch involving contributing artists and members of Council recognising the tremendous works that have made the Balancing Rock, the Heart of Glen and the Anzac Park Mural possible.
Over 50 people gathered near the Heart of Glen Mural for the event.

“The main thing is that it’s another attraction for visitors to come and visit Glen Innes,” she said. “It’s a nice addition to cultural tourism which is a growing industry.
“They are all well-thought through, professional pieces and are a credit to the artists and volunteers that worked on them.” An overview of each piece was provided by Carl Cree, Max Powell and Adele Chapman-Burgess and Abi Sparks.
