First lot of the day was bought by Celia Mackay of Deepwater for $16,000, for cross-breeding with her Santa Gertrudis cows.
Amie Penny of “Warratoo” at Goondiwindi went home with two Sixpence Park bulls and a heifer.
She secured lot 2 for $10,500 and then lot 5 for $5,500 considering the latter a bargain as she rates both lots to be of similar quality.

Sixpence Park’s Linda Martin said the stud saw a number of repeat buyers from last year’s sale, pleased with the progeny now on the ground from 2016 purchases.
