The 21-year-old singer from the Hunter Valley has teamed up with Murphy to play shows for the rest of the year, and Murphy said shows are already being booked for 2018.
While off stage, the pair are a couple, we now get to see them combine their musical talents on stage.
On Thursday night they are playing at at Two Goats and Baa and next week they have a gig at The Deepwater Inn between Glen Innes and Tenterfield on Friday, October 13.
The intimate venues appear ideal for the singer-songwriter performances.
In all, they will be playing eight gigs in 14 days across northern NSW and into Queensland, and the concerts include one at Nimbin on October 7 and Sawtell on the Mid North Coast a week later.
Forsyth, who signed a record deal with Lost Highway Records last month, is fresh from her appearance on stage at the Deni Ute Muster in southern NSW.
On Saturday afternoon she played a set at the ute muster for the first time, before returning to northern NSW.
No strangers to success in their music so far, Tori took out the most played song on Queensland's KIX radio with her song Blackbird last year, while Murphy toured for four years with Bluegrass band, Good Corn Liquor clocking up some 500 shows and supporting some of the finest names in Australian country music.
Grave Robber's Daughter is the first single from Forsyth’s debut album, which is due out in February through Universal Music.
She released her debut EP Black Bird independently in 2016 after working split shifts seven days a week to save for the recording.
Produced by ARIA, APRA and Golden Guitar Winner Shane Nicholson, Grave Robber’s Daughter offers a taste of what to expect from the artist's eclectic mix of self-penned songs, set for release early 2018.
Meanwhile, Murphy is just about to enter the studio to deliver an album bursting with country, blues and soul influence.
He has been on a 23-show promotional tour from Melbourne to Cairns finishing back in Newcastle before hitting the road with Forsyth.
