The new $2.3 million high-tech teaching centre at the Glen Innes TAFE opens on Monday, with the public invited in to see how the facility operates.

The “connected learning centre” will link with other similar centres so that teaching expertise can be shared across the region. The aim is to provide a greater range of courses in each of the linked up centres.
Northern Tablelands MP and the Minister responsible for TAFE NSW, Adam Marshall, said he hoped the public would come to see what would be a big improvement, offering more and better courses.
The first four connected learning centres are in Quirindi, Coonabarabran, Glen Innes and Tenterfield while eight more are to follow.
