The Elkettes took on hosts St Albert’s College and walked away 39 points to nil victors.
Their second match against the Armidale Bluettes was no different with a 32 points to nil demolition of the lady Blues.
The Elkettes play again this weekend before a potential grand final berth on August 13.
Coach Chris Alt said the season has been brilliant for his side and can see the women’s competition continuing on into the future.
“It has been a great season for everyone concerned,” he said.
“Our girls finished minor premiers which we are extremely happy with and the competition is just fantastic.
“The Tunamena sisters, the Grange sisters, most of the side has come with a bit of experience which is great.
“It is just a great competition and we hope it keeps on going.
“It is really good for rugby.”
