Glen Innes Magpies face a dire future with the club failing to form a committee at their Annual General Meeting. All positions were declared vacant at the meeting on October 31 and no one stepped up to fill the void. As a result a crisis meeting is set for this Sunday at the Services Club at 12.30pm. Outgoing president Barry Grob said it was “very disappointing” no one wanted to step up and keep rugby league moving forward in Glen Innes with “all the hard work done” to re-form and enter Group 19 this year.
