Highlanders first division had the bye on Saturday while second division played Demon Knights in Armidale going down 7-1 in the last game of the season before finals. James Tait in goals was players’ player while Keith Blackwell was the only goal scorer.

This Saturday first division play Inverell in the major semi final in Inverell which will be a close game. In the minor semi final Tas play Guyra at Armidale. The Highlanders will be looking for a strong game in the mid field to overcome Inverell.
