Batting first, the Colts hit the ground running and had 33 runs on the board before John Dowling was dismissed.
Youngster Bradyn Campion joined his older brother Matt at the crease and piled on the runs. The older Campion departed on 35 and Jack Grob stepped up.
Grob and Bradyn kept the run rate up with Bradyn eventually sent back to the sheds for 32.
Grob hit two fours and three sixes on his way to a match-high 44 while, Jake Baker added 33 not out, Tom Benton 15, Ritesh Shakhawat 4 and Henry Burridge five not out for the Colts’ total.

It was a tough day out for the Cavaliers with their run sheet reading 0, 31, 0, 0, 0, 2, 0, 1, 5, 1 and 0 to be dismissed for 48 from 14.1 overs.

At Lynch Oval, a weekend-high of 75 for King’s Gym batsman Toby Shannon helped his team secure at win over Emmaville.
Emmaville won the toss and elected to bat. Andrew Symons opened the batting with Anthony Barrett before Symons departed on 11.
Barrett and Luke Hodgson formed a 38-run partnership before Nathan Matthews cleaned up Barrett’s stumps for 13. Hodgson went on to make 22, Daniel Holly 19, Braiden Wilkins 7, Josh Heuston 21, Jack Symons 17 and Greg Wilkins 1 not out in Emmaville’s total of 124.

Shannon and Harrison Cooke set about chasing down the required runs when Cooke left on four.
Joel Jackson added 14, Perry Stapleton nine not out and Nathan Matthews 13 not out as they comfortably chased down Emmaville’s total in 14 overs.
