The league tag match will start things off.
The Magpies girls succumbed to Armidale two weeks ago and coach Andrew Hodgson lamented their "attitude was poor."
Hodgson said they are ready to move on from the Rams loss and are firmly focused on bouncing back against the Boars.
"They have just got to turn up on the day," he said.
"I think it is all there but they just have got to turn up on the day.
"They have had a good talk and I think they have resolved problems so I think they can move on."
The under 18s will be hoping for their third win in-a-row when they come up against an unknown quantity in the Boars.
Coach Gavin Peterson is away but Glen Innes vice-president Sam Schiffmann said they have been preparing well for the coming clash.
"They can D [defence] up really well and I think it is just the fact they get an hour-and-a-half together every week on a Thursday night," he said.
"The first game, I was with Gav Peterson and we were looking through the registrations trying to put a team together going 'well who is this kid and where can he play?' but they came out and played pretty good footy.
"Gav has sort of got it all figured out in that respect on who can play where."
While Gavin Peterson is away, Danny Armstrong has taken the reins.
"Gav has gone away for three weeks and Danny Armstrong is doing a great job there, keeping them under control," Schiffmann said.
"Danny Armstrong is a bit of a master of a coach.
"He coached four years and coached three grand finals, lost one. That is A-grade, reserve grade and he coached under 14s to victory seven years back.
"It is good for the 18s and hopefully they can just keep building on their attack and what they can offer and they can go from strength-to-strength each week."
Rounding out the day's matches will be the highly-anticipated A-grade encounter.
The Boars have one win and one loss while the Magpies haven't missed a beat.
It is expected to be a tight tussle but the highlight will be the battle of the competitions two best dummy-halves in the Magpies' Guy Mepham and the Boars' Stan Swan.
Their battle alone will be worth the price of the entry fee.
"That is probably one of the greatest clashes you will get in Group 19," Schiffmann said.
"They both read the play and will send the teams where they want to get the roll on.
"If we get caught napping there at hooker Stan Swan is just going to carve us up all day and we need to make sure our ruck is pretty tight."
