Glen Innes could get its second snow day in a winter this weekend, with one storm chaser claiming it could be the biggest in five years.

The Bureau of Meterology predicts Saturday may bring snow "above 1000 metres" within the Glen Innes area.
Thomas Hinterdorfer of Higgins Storm Chasing said we could get between 10-20mm of snow from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning.
"This could now be one of the biggest snow events for the Northern Tablelands in the last five years with peak totals of 10-20cm forecast across the Ranges and 5-10cm being far more consistent across multiple peaks," he said in a Facebook post earlier today.
Glen Innes has had a crazy winter, marking the coldest measurement of any Australian BoM site and the town's coldest July day since 2002 during the warmest July since 1993.
The New England even got snow in June.
Could it happen again?
The Bureau is predicting Saturday will be a cold one, with temperatures sitting between minus 2 and a daytime temperature of 9 and the mercury dropping even further through the weekend to around minus 6 Monday.
