The roller hockey club took four teams - under-15s, under-20s, ladies and men's - to represent NSW in the Champions Cup in Brisbane at the weekend.
The ladies' team backed up their gold medal win last year with another triumph in their division this year.
The senior men's team also managed a medal this year, claiming silver with Queensland winning the gold.
The junior teams both took out bronze in their divisions and coach Daniel Heagney said it was an enormous effort for the club as a whole.
"We have done pretty well in some areas, slipped off a little in others," he said.
"It was a pretty successful tournament overall.
"Our ladies' team continued their dominance of their division, coming up against some stiff competition but still managed to take out gold.
"Everyone got a medal which is a pretty good achievement."
Roller hockey itself is growing all over the country and the competition is getting stronger every year.
"It was a hard fought comp this year and we went in perhaps with not the strongest teams we have had in a little while, particularly in junior teams, but I think everyone performed pretty well under the pressure they were on," Heagney said.
"We are in a patch where we are definitely look to develop and grow the sport, local and nationally.
"There are a lot more people now competing in these events than there was a few years ago.
"It promotes better competition and makes stronger players"
Northsports is the only roller hockey club in NSW,
"Being the only club in the state at the moment, it makes the selection a bit easier to get in the state team," Heagney said.
"We are looking at growing as well in different areas so we have more competition for spots here."
The next tournament is the Australia Day Cup and Northsports are working towards putting teams forward for it.
