Matt Campion claimed top spot in the five kilometre race, his fourth win on-the-trot in the event, from a field of 176 competitors.
As soon as the race started, he streaked to the lead and nobody came close to chasing him down as he crossed the finish line nearly three minutes in front of the second-placed competitor.
Fellow Glen Innes runner, Anthony Elliot, finished eighth overall which ensured him third place in the senior men's category while Mark Tarrant finished 23rd.
Campion then turned his attention to coaching four young athletes in the two kilometre kids' dash with impressive results.

Kayden Elliot won the race 15 seconds in front of second place in a field of 63 other competitors.
He took the lead midway through the race and charged down the home straight, his lead increasing in the final 300 metres, for the win.
Maddison Tarrant finished in seventh place, Danika Elliot came 14th and Sierra Donnelly managed 20th.
Kayden's win, along with the three girls' results ensured 'Campion's Champions' finished second behind PLC in the teams' event.
