With only five members of the squad unable to play in 2021 due to graduating out of the under-15 age group, this year's carnival served as a positive learning curve for much of the young squad.
Coach Mitch Woods was pleased with their efforts over the four days with three wins and two losses.

"I thought they went very well, I didn't think they would perform [as well as they did] because we have got a lot of young fellas but they performed above expectations," he said.
"Five can't play next year but the rest have one or two years left."
Woods found positives throughout the competition as well as a couple of things to work on for future carnivals.
"They batted well most of the time," he said.
"A lot of fellas didn't get a bat, the T20s probably didn't favour us, we probably needed to play more 50 over, longer stuff but to fit us in they had to do it.
"Concentration in the field for longer periods, they fell asleep a little."
The annual carnival saw seven teams compete from Thursday to Sunday - Armidale, Hunter Valley, Ballina, Northern Rivers, Tamworth, West Pennant Hills-Cherrybrook and Queensland Bears.
Ben Heagney also finished as the competition's leading run-scorer with 155 (not up-to-date in MyCricket).
