Old Boys' president Gav Peterson said they will have a marquee event from 12.30pm at the races this Saturday.
Local charities are encouraged to nominate to receive a portion of the funds.
"It is more of a social day for anyone," Peterson said.
"Any local charity that nominates their interest for this, we are going to draw a charity out at our calcutta auction for each horse."
The charity with the winning horse in the Glen Innes Cup will receive a $2000 donation.
Second place will receive $1000, third place will get $500 and the remaining charities will still receive $200 each.
"We are just asking any of the local charities to nominate interest with myself or Old Boys Facebook," Peterson said.
Tickets are $80 and include 12 drinks, lunch as well as entry to the races and are available at the New England Club, Services Club and Railway Hotel.
