The Pharmacy narrowly defeated second place Smeaton's Bakery with the Premier Store a close third. Better Home Living will treasure a highly commended.
Organisers said the 2020 competition was fierce and encourage Glen Innes residents to check out the displays in the town's central business district.
"This 2020 competition has provided us with some very interesting, eye catching and wonderful examples of what is on offer at our show," organiser Michelle Hancock said.
"The displays have included some fantastic artwork, clever cooking and cake decorating arrangements, farm produce, needlework, photography, fine wool fleeces, historical items and not to forget monster truck dioramas."
Other entrants included Rhubarb and Rosie, The Shop in Glen, Glen Innes Severn council's library, St Vincent de Paul, Home Living, Regional Australia Bank and Sage and Clover.
They will have to wait to next year for another shot at the big prize.
There are just two sleeps to the official kickoff of the Glen Innes show, with some events to be held tonight and Friday.
