Australia
Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney - currently there is an immersive tour of the critically endangered Cumberland Plain woodland with more tours planned.
Botanic Gardens of South Australia - there are three virtual tours you can take here, the Bicentennial conservatory, main walk towards North Terrace and inside the Palm House.
Wendy Whiteley's Secret garden, Sydney - what was once a rubbish pile has been transformed into a stunning garden on Sydney's Lavender Bay.
International
Cherry Blossoms around the world - take a worldwide tour via Google Earth to see spring cherry blossoms, including a 1000 year old cherry tree called Takizakura, in full bloom in Japan. Spectacular!
Chicago Botanic Garden, USA - Established in the 1890's and spanning 385 acres, there are 17 established gardens including an English walled garden and Japanese garden.
Gardens by the Bay, Singapore - these futuristic gardens are an amazing place to explore, including the cloud forest, supertree grove and flower dome. Well worth a virtual visit.
Highgrove Gardens, UK - The private residence of Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, has a virtual tour of the gardens which are described as being "widely considered some of the most inspiring and innovative in the UK."
Keukenhof, Holland - It's spring in Europe and you can virtually tour the Dutch tulips at Keukenhof, over 60,000 bulbs and 26 varieties of tulip.
Lost Gardens of Heligan, Cornwall, UK - historic gardens that were lost to time and restored in the 1990s. This beautiful website has a timeline, and you can explore the stunning gardens and estate.
Monet's garden at Giverny, France - Claude Monet's famous garden at Giverny has a video tour with narration.
RHS Wisely, UK - This garden and historic home has one of the largest plant collections in the world. You can explore all areas of the garden online, including the glasshouse, wisteria walk, rock gardens and mixed borders.
Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, UK - there are various virtual tours around this fabulous UNESCO World Heritage Site, and they also have a YouTube channel which provides hours of interesting botanical entertainment.
United States Botanic Garden, Washington D.C. - described as a museum with a living collection, there are various tours you can take including the conservatory, National garden and Bartholdi park.
Waddeson Manor Gardens, UK - Built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild in the 1870s these are a stunning example of Victorian style gardens with detailed virtual tours.
