The Bureau of Meteorology report states that in the latest rain event up to 9am Monday Glen Innes received 13.8 mm on Sunday and 22.8 mm Saturday.
Rainfall for Glen Innes over the weekend was a total of 36.6 mm.
Rainfall is expected to continue until Tuesday.
Glen Innes was not alone with good falls recorded at Inverell, Armidale, and Tenterfield.
According to the Bureau of Meteorology report;
Inverell received total rainfall over the weekend of 16.4mm, while Armidale received 28.0mm.
Weatherzone reported a total of 20mm over the weekend for Tenterfield.
The recent rainfall is not expected to continue according to the Bureau of Meteorology, and should clear on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
