The personal history of David Copperfield will be the first film to play at the theatre this Saturday since the chapel closed in mid-March.
"The reopening will give people a safe chance to get out of the house for a couple of hours entertainment," Arts Council president Nigel Brown said.
The theatre will be following the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions to ensure the safety of all patrons.
