Guests were entertained with the finest talent Glen Innes High School has to offer, with students dance troupes from year seven to 12 performing during the 'spectacular' event.
Kathryn Luxford performed a number of wonderful cover songs, stunning the audience with her wonderful voice during the night.
The annual Dance Spectacular met and exceeded all expectations.
Despite the COVID restrictions in place, the community showed out in force to show their support for wonderful homegrown talent.
"The community support for the students performing in this showcase of great local talent was greatly appreciated," dance teacher Lindy Alt said.
"I am very proud of them."
Although there was a smaller audience this year it did not stop the performers from giving their all and providing the crowd with 'spectacular' performances.
A number of the dances were choreographed by the students themselves.
The GIHS dancers showcased their abilities across a wide range of dances over various styles including Bollywood, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre/Broadway Jazz, JFH and Hip Hop, in stunning and colourful costumes to a wide variety of music.
The night was jam packed with over 20 separate dance performances, with something for everyone's taste.
For some of the HSC dancers it was their last time on stage with the GIHS dance troupe.
The effort and hours of preparation and practice were shown throughout the night as the audience watched the dancers perfectly execute their many performances.
The bright costumes and energy coming off stage made each performance memorable.
