The Bees have successfully raised funds for the vital charity in 2018 and 2019 by hosting a premiers challenge where the winners of the Far North Coast first grade competition would take on the New England champions.
This year, the event is set down for March 27 with Lennox Head playing Walcha.
There will also be two second grade matches - between Glen Innes and Lennox Head and Walcha and Tenterfield.
Bumblebees president Jeremy Phipps said there is also a plan to have women's sevens fixtures between a Lennox Head team and a combined Tenterfield-Walcha-Glen Innes team and a Golden Oldies match.
"It is a big day of rugby," he said.
"It is a great day to be able to support the Westpac Helicopter.
"It is a great way to have a great day watching rugby and then support a great charity."

Phipps highlighted the first grade fixture as one not to miss.
"First grade is definitely going to be a very competitive game of footy," he said.
"They are both very strong teams."
In terms of how the host club is shaping up this year, Phipps said they are yet to hit the training paddock but there's been plenty of people signalling their intentions to be involved with the club this year.
"It is always hard to know before your first training but there certainly seems to be a lot of interest," he said.
"There's a couple of young fellas who have come to the area which is certainly going to bolster numbers.
"We have retained a few from the league last year when the league didn't go ahead last year.
"That is going to help.
