
NSW has recorded 231 new COVID cases in the 24 hours to 8pm, up on yesterday's 212 cases, however no deaths have been recorded in this period.
The state's population aged 16 years and over is now 91.3 per cent fully vaccinated, while 94.2 per cent have had their first dose.

In the 12-15 years age group, 73.9 per cent are fully vaccinated and 80.7 per cent have had one dose.
There are 207 COVID-19 patients in hospital, with 33 in ICU.
Yesterday, 88,104 tests were conducted which was up on the previous day's total of 67,893 tests.

Of yesterday's 212 new locally-acquired cases, the highest number were located in the Hunter New England Local Health District with 54 cases, while the second highest number of cases were located in south western Sydney with 39 and western Sydney third with 33 cases.
