More than 300 entries greeted organisers which made for a successful event.
The standard of competition was high, and our local competitors were dominant in the winnings and placings.

Each year a local campdraft horse and local Campdraft Rider competition begins at the Glen Innes Show and incorporates the results from all drafts held in the Glen Severn Shire over the entire season.
Our area boasts six drafts within the shire and is home to some of the best campdraft competitors and horses in Australia.
Points are culminated over the season and winners receive a prestigious trophy carrying the names of many successful and renowned campdrafters over the years.
Congratulations to Ben Thompson winner of the Local Rider award.
Congratulations to Jenna winner of Local Horse award owned and ridden by Ben Newberry.
With ongoing dry conditions numerous other local campdrafts have been cancelled, however, we were fortunate to have generous cattle donors to aid in the success of the event.
Thank you to Dave Foran from Waterloo Station, Rex and Julie Sheedy and Peter and Kerry Trow for making this years draft possible.
