Gavin Peterson has taken the reins of the men's side, Danny Armstrong will coach the under-18s while Andrew Hodgson is back in charge of the league tag team.
They launched their pre-season two weeks ago at a meet and greet and began the gruelling training sessions last week.
"Training has only recently started due to other sporting commitments and the weather," Magpies vice-president Samuel Schiffmann said.
"[There was] good interest at the pre-season barbecue launch. No new faces that I can remember, a fair few returning faces but which is good."
The Magpies will play in the eastern conference of the Group 19 competition which will begin on April 18.
