The local Glen Innes Netball Association competition will start on July 18 with a mixed competition.
Representative fixtures will begin shortly after with the Northern Inland Regional League commencing in Inverell on July 26.
Coach Julie Fuller said they've been training as much as they can with the current restrictions in place and are looking forward to getting back on the courts.
"A fair bit of struggle of course, this week we are allowed to train with a ball but we have been training without a ball and they get a bit cranky with that because it is all fitness," she said.
Fuller has two teams entered in Regional League - an open's and under-15 side.
"I have got a combined 17s and open's team and a couple of experienced players," she said.
"They will do pretty well.
"We haven't been able to do any carnivals and the 15s haven't been anywhere before so it will be a bit hard for them but they will be fine."
Following Regional League, there will also be state titles events in October.
"They [the 15s] haven't competed at that level but Regional League will be good for them," Fuller said of their state titles chances.
