Glen Innes Pony Club have once again been crowned the best of the Zone 13 clubs at the annual Jamboree.
Clubs met at Walcha Showground at the weekend for three days of competition in what is the Zone championships.
From the dressage, showjumping, campdrafting, show riding and sporting events, Glen Innes were crowed best under 17 team of 20 riders overall and won the Sinclair Cup.
The hosts took out the honours in the associate 17 to 25 years while Armidale's Michael Paull was the highest scoring individual of any rider from all age groups across the three days and received the Chief Instructor's trophy.
Zone 13 Chief Instructor Belinda Williamson was rapt with the turnout and the level of competition.
"The competitors rode extremely well, horses were presented beautifully," she said.
"It was good to see our smaller clubs, that have historically only had smaller numbers, building up their numbers and are now some of our bigger clubs."
Williamson was also complimentary of the hours of work put in behind the scenes
"In trying times, everyone from the host club, Walcha, and the Zone 13 executive committee worked very hard to get it up and running," she said.
"We do all get in and do what is required."
For the first time in many years, Bundarra and Emmaville Pony Clubs fielded a full team of 20 under 17 riders.
Bundarra were rewarded for their efforts, finishing second to Glen Innes in the team pointscores.
