Due to COVID-19 restrictions Ms Campbell was forced to stop her yoga lessons at the community centre.
However, determined to give people access to the calming effects of yoga Ms Campbell took her lessons to Zoom.
Ms Campbell has been a yoga instructor for 28 years, and during that time she has had the opportunity to teach many people in a range of places.
During her time as an instructor Ms Campbell has taught in Emmaville, Deepwater, Tenterfield, Glen Innes, and now she has broadened her scope and brought her lessons to Zoom during these challenging times.
"Yoga is a great way to keep up a positive attitude and is a benefit to our mental and physical health," Ms Campbell said.

Since having to move her yoga sessions from the community centre in Glen Innes to the online Zoom network, participation has grown significantly.
Ms Campbell said the Zoom sessions have held people from Darwin to Melbourne along with the existing local community attendees.
"Finding a way to exercise together, keep up a healthy lifestyle and have a chance to see each other even if it is just on screen is a benefit to all those who take part in the lessons," she said.
"The Zoom yoga sessions are a great way to get an introduction to yoga and a good way to get everyone involved and connected in a time that we are so cut off from one another."
However with the recent easing of restrictions Ms Campbell is pleased to be able to return to the community centre on Tuesdays at 5.30pm. Ms Campbell has also retained her additional Zoom sessions.
There are two weekly sessions for the public to tune into, Tuesday 5.30pm that has been ongoing for 28 years, and the newly-incorporated meeting time for the benefit of Zoom attendees on Saturday at 10am.
The hour and a half session filled with calming breathing exercises, stretches, and practice of yoga nidra for deep relaxation, in the aim of helping them keep up a healthy lifestyle in a time where they may be struggling to do it alone.
During the session it is a strong focus to ensure that everyone is performing the stretches safely and not over-exerting themselves and becoming injured. Keeping everyone safe and making sure they are being responsible by listening to their bodies is what yoga is all about.
"Yoga is great for people of all ages no matter what your skill level, it is a very beginner friendly class," she said.
